Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Edutica, you agree to these Terms. Edutica is an early pilot product operated under the Edutica and EduLogicsAI names. Features, content, availability, and access may change, and interruptions or errors may occur.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Edutica external pilot. You are responsible for the information you provide, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. This age requirement applies to the current external pilot and is not a statement about the permanent future product.

Edutica provides educational study and practice tools. It uses artificial intelligence, and generated questions, explanations, or strategies may contain mistakes or omissions. They are not official MCAT or AAMC materials. Verify important information with authoritative sources.

Edutica does not guarantee a score, score improvement, admission to a medical school, or any other educational outcome.

Edutica is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). Edutica does not represent that its questions are official or proprietary AAMC questions. MCAT® is a registered trademark of the AAMC.

Use the service lawfully and do not interfere with it, attempt unauthorized access, copy or redistribute protected platform materials, submit content that you do not have the right to share, or use the service to abuse other people. You retain responsibility for information you submit and grant only the permissions needed to provide and operate the service.

Edutica and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, and platform content. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the service for personal educational purposes during the pilot; they do not transfer ownership.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue pilot features and may suspend or terminate access for misuse or other operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version; the version and dates above identify this document.

To the extent permitted by law, the pilot is provided as available, without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. For questions or account support, use the Support page.
